How to Order Candles

1. Contact Us

Please contact us via WhatsApp at 081578956156 to start your order. We will assist you with product information and stock availability.

2. Choose Pickup or Delivery

There are two options available to receive our products:

• Pickup at location: Visit our store at Jalan Kaliurang KM 9, Sleman, Yogyakarta
• Delivery service: We can send your order via Gojek, Grab, or other delivery services

*Large orders require advance booking

3. Down Payment

For large quantity orders, you need to pay a minimum Down Payment (DP) of 30% of the total price to confirm your order. Payment can be made via bank transfer.

4. Shipping & Full Payment

For delivery, full payment must be completed before the products are shipped. We will inform you once your order is ready along with the shipping tracking number if available.

5. Production Time

Production time depends on the quantity of candles ordered. Small orders are usually ready within 1–3 days. For large orders, we will provide an estimated time after consultation.
